When equipped, the Angel and Devil grants the Extra Gems or Blocks : Angel and Devil mod, which allows the player to get a chance to receive extra gems when breaking blocks and get a chance for a block to drop an extra of itself when broken. Additionally, the player also stops smiling, raises their eyebrows, and constantly glances at the angel and devil, one after the other.
