 Your back is a raging rapid!

 You are a lot more dry, and a lot less cool.

When equipped, the Cloak of Falling Waters grants the Cloak of Falling Waters mod, which allows the player to extinguish fires, punch one tile further, knock back other players further, and glide slowly to the ground when holding the jump button.
Punching other players will give them the Soaked mod which will make them wet for 30 seconds.
