The Diamond Dragon is a hand item which was added as part of the Locke The Traveling Salesman update on March 22, 2015.
Function
 You command a mighty (valuable) dragon!

 Your dragon has abandoned you.

When equipped, the Diamond Dragon grants the Dragonborn With A Silver Spoon mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster and punch one tile further. It also summons a diamond dragon that follows the player around.
