As of the Mutant Kitchen update, Googly-Woogly Glooberhellifreakilisticexpialigrossness Fleshy Eye's recipe was removed for being "too gross". It was previously obtainable from consuming any gross food item from the Gross-Out update. It has been replaced with the Googly-Woogly Glooberhellifreakilisticexpialigrossness Verdant Eye.
