When equipped, the Hooves of Cernunnos grants the Speedy & Build Range: Hooves of Cernunnos! mod, which allows the player to move faster on land and build one tile further. When walking on blocks, it will show a root crawling animation on the block. Additionally, it allows you to wrench things one tile farther as well.
