Dear Growtopians,

Pandemic Rebalanced! is an update which was released on June 1, 2019. It focused around balancing changes regarding the g-Virus Pandemic:
- The requirements for starting a Pandemic was decreased from 5,000,000 infections to 1,000,000.
- Mutated Cells now have a chance to drop from killing an infected player during the event.
- Antidotes now cannot be used to cure an infected player.
- The amount by which Chemsynth progresses the cure for the Pandemic was decreased.
