When equipped, the Pegasus Lance grants the Punch Damage: Pegasus Lance! mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster.
Pegasus Pursuit
During the Pegasus Pursuit event, equipping a Pegasus Lance increases the player's chance by an unknown percentage to obtain a Pegasus Chest whilst fishing, performing surgeries, or completing startopia missions.
