Ring of Night is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of the Time-Tossed! (update) on September 5, 2019.
Function

 Dark, darker, darker still! Your eyes fade to black.

When equipped, the Ring of Night grants the Night Vision: Ring of Night mod, which allows the player to emit light in dark areas. It will illuminate up to 18 blocks range.
