Party Reward
It has a chance to drop as one of the five items from the Anniversary Party! special event.
In addition to spawning randomly during Anniversary Week, the event can also be spawned directly from consuming a Party-In-A-Box.

The T-Shirt Cannon is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2016 on January 8, 2016.

Function

The T-Shirt Cannon is the only source of fan shirts. If worn with any type of fuel, the player is able to punch another player and automatically force them to equip a shirt, depending on the type of fuel used. The fuel will be used up with each punch.
