The Tournament Banner is an unsplicable non-solid foreground block which was added as part of The Grand Tournament update. One can be obtained from Prize Ladder Level 11 and Level 14.
Function
Tournament Rankings
When punched or wrenched while a Tournament is active, a list of rankings in the current (if any) or previous tournament is displayed. During other times, it will display the following message instead:
"The Grand Tournament starts on the 7th of every month.
Be sure to visit TOURNAMENT to buy a ticket now, because they stop selling tickets when the Tournament begins!"
