- In Roman mythology, the Talaria of Mercury are winged sandals owned by the messenger god Mercury.
- USMom, the player who sponsored this item, was the fifth person to complete all the Epic Quests.
- The item used to be called Talaria, but was later changed into USMom's Talaria as part of the Summer Season Events update.
