November 20th: Changes to The In-Game Tutorial

Hey Growtopians,

We are making changes to how your Growtopia experience will look starting today.

Growtopia's Tutorial was revamped on November 11, 2023. In the revamp, tutorial worlds and My First Grow Spray Fertilizer were removed and changed to tutorial steps in the form of a quest system that lets players to play in their own time. Along with adding a Crazy Jim button on the left side of the player's screen for quick access to Crazy Jim.

Welcome to Growtopia! I am Crazy Jim and I will run you through the basics before letting you create anything you want!

Quests

Quest Name	Description
Lock the World	Open inventory and place a My First World Lock.
Break Dirt Blocks	Select the Fist and break some Dirt blocks!
Collect Dirt Seeds	Break more Dirt blocks and collect Dirt seeds.
Plant Dirt Seeds	Plant Dirt seeds on the ground to grow a Dirt tree.
Collect Rock Seeds	Break some Rock blocks and collect Rock seeds.
Collect Lava Seeds	Break some Lava blocks and collect Lava seeds.
Splice Lava and Dirt	Splice Lava Seeds and Dirt Seeds together by planting them both on the same tile.
Build Wood Blocks	Collect the Wood Blocks that you have grown and build in the world.
Collect Wood Block Seeds	Break the Wood Blocks that you have built to collect Wood Block Seeds.
Splice Wood Block and Dirt	Splice a Wood Block Seed and a Dirt Seed to make a Cargo Shorts Tree.
Equip the Cargo Shorts	Open inventory and equip the Cargo Shorts.
