- The Wolfman Mask is based on the head of a werewolf, a folkloric creature typically depicted as a human with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf.
- As part of the Quality of Life Changes update on May 20, 2022, the Wolfman Mask was added for sale in the Sales-Man under Wolfworld items for 150 Wolf Tickets. This was later removed from the Sales-Man 30 minutes later because there were multiple complaints of the price being inconsistent.
