The Fishing Stool is an unsplicable non-solid seat foreground block that was added as part of the Time-Tossed! update.
Function
When a player stands in front of a seat such as the Fishing Stool for a few seconds, the player will automatically be seen "sitting" on it. Unlike the other types of seats, it allows the player to fish while sitting on it.
