A perfect Stonefish weighs 160lb. Thus, it can only be caught by using Fishing Flies with a Cursed Fishing Rod or by using a Whizmo Gizmo. Catching a perfect Stonefish for the first time will complete the epic quest "Catch a perfect Stonefish."

- When catching a perfect Stonefish, there is a chance for the perfect Stonefish to be replaced with a Stone Mask instead. Alternatively, when fishing in a world with a Weather Machine - Jungle activated or a Jungle Blasted world, a Mossy Mask may also replace the caught perfect Stonefish.
