When equipped, this item grants the Acid Proof mod to the player, reducing damage from Acid by 50%, allowing them to take up to 10 consecutive hits from the block instead of 5. The item doesn't affect any other type of pain block.

Trivia

As of January 31, 2021, Krampus Crampons were changed and no longer prevents the player from sliding on slippery blocks.
