Function

Consuming a Royal Wishing Star automatically increases one's amount of Grow Pass points by 150.

This only works during the month of December while WinterFest is active, and can only be consumed up to the 5,400 Grow Pass points milestone. If you attempt to consume more beyond this point the game will tell you that "You already have completed the Grow Pass Progress for this month."
