That's Cold: Freeze your teammate and throw their frozen body at the other team, hitting each for half your teammate's current health.
Cooldown: 30 seconds.

When equipped, this item grants the Cold As Ice mod, which summons a snowman following a player while replacing the fist with snowballs when punching.

Trivia

During the early days of the WinterFest 2024 update, a glitch occurred that altered the Growch Games Daily Challenge rewards. The Magical Carrot, which is the reward given to top three finisher players, was swapped with the Snowglobe Staff. The glitch was fixed approximately a week later.
